Liposomal Magnesium uses liposomes – tiny phospholipid particles – that surround and transport the magnesium directly into the bloodstream, then naturally merge with the cell walls as they release their cargo inside the cells.

Adults: Take 10 ml (2 teaspoons) daily.
Children: Take up to 5 ml (one teaspoon) daily.

Shake bottle firmly each day to avoid the product crystallising/separating. If crystallisation occurs, the product efficacy is not affected. Simply shake the bottle well.
Take on an empty stomach and wait at least 15 minutes before food. Take straight from the spoon or mix easily in a glass of water or juice.

Magnesium supplements are generally safe and cause no adverse effect, even in high dosages, other than diarrhoea. This is the body’s natural excretion method for excess unabsorbed magnesium.
