Healtheries Ground LSA is a blend of ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds with a great tasting, nutty flavour.  It boasts numerous good nutrients and is a source of essential omega-3 fatty acids and fibre.

Not only will LSA boost your omega-3 intake, but it adds a new, exciting texture for your taste buds. Just sprinkle over your cereal or yoghurt, or add to baking mixes for a deliciously sweet nutty flavour your whole family will love!

Great for

  • Adding to cereal, muesli, porridge, smoothies, yoghurts and desserts 
  • Vegetarians and anyone following a wheat and gluten free diet

We recommend that this product be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

A small number of people may have an allergic reaction to linseed; therefore we recommend commencing with ½ teaspoon daily to ensure no reaction occurs

Sprinkle one tablespoon per serving onto cereal, porridge, stewed fruit, yoghurt or add to smoothies and salads.

Add ¼  to ½ cup of LSA Super Grains to baking recipes e.g. muffins, cakes, biscuits, muesli and breads to boost omega-3 content

Add ¼ to ½ cup of LSA Super Grains to cooking e.g. casseroles, soups and crumb coatings for meat and fish.

Contains no: wheat, gluten, artificial colouring, preservatives or chemical additives
