Maca, also known as Peruvian Ginseng, is a nutritious root vegetable grown at high altitudes in the mountainous regions of Puru. The native Peruvians consider Maca to be a valuable food and have used it as an important staple since pre-Incan times.

Adults: Mix 1-2 teaspoons of Maca powder into juice, smoothie or other food. Can be used up to 2 times daily.
