Psyllium Plantago ovata is a natural, soluble fibre with excellent mucilage properties. It provides the benefits of fibre for intestinal cleansing and maintaining good bowel function and is particularly suitable for individuals who have a low dietary intake of fibre-rich foods.
 
This Psyllium powder has a fine texture.
 

SUGGESTED USE:

Adults take 1 - 2 teaspoons of Psyllium Husk powder up to three times daily, mix with a glass of water or fruit juice and drink immediately before it thickens, or as professionally prescribed. Ensure to maintain a high water intake when using psyllium.

Children ½ to 1 tsp daily.
 
Do not take psyllium dry.
