Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple Cider Vinegar is a fermented liquid that has been consumed throughout human history as a general health and wellbeing tonic. Apple Cider Vinegar is also often used in recipes and around the house for cleaning.

The acetic acid can help the way the body converts sugar into a stored form (glycogen) within the muscles, as well as supporting insulin sensitivity and prompting cells to metabolize glucose.
It may also support blood sugar because it can help to slow down the way the stomach empties complex carbohydrates, therefore giving the body smaller amounts of sugar over a longer period of time for more stable blood glucose levels.
