Nature's Sunshine SAM-e (S-Adenosyl-methionine tosylate) helps the body with mood, emotional well-being, energy, liver health, joint health and mobility. It is a natural compound found in every living cell, and it is involved in important biochemical reactions throughout the body, especially in the manufacture of neurotransmitters in the brain and maintenance of cartilage.

For best results, take SAM-e  with folic acid and Vitamin B12.
