Magnesium is the most abundant mineral in the body and is essential for proper calcium absorption. Magnesium supports a healthy circulatory system and helps in maintaining good muscle tone. It also supports the proper functioning of the colon and thus helps in maintaining bowel regularity. Magnesium is one of the important nutrients, which helps the body relax, so this can be a good choice if cramps, muscle spasms, insomnia, anxiety or restlessness is a problem.
 
Floradix Magnesium is particularly useful for young adults during periods of growth, pregnant women and breast feeding mothers. It can also increase energy levels and exercise efficiency in sportsmen and women.
 
Magnesium has also been shown to reduce symptoms associated with PMS including cramps.
 
Floradix Magnesium Liquid provides the body with 250 mg of highly absorbable elemental magnesium per 20 ml serving. As part of a healthy diet, Floradix Magnesium Liquid can help maintain a healthy cardiovascular system, bring relief from minor muscle pains following exercise, and provide help for occasional constipation.
 
Not suitable for intants under 12 months.
 
 
Children 1-12 years: Half a measuring capful (10ml) once daily, preferably before meals.
 
Adults and children over 13 years: 1 measuring capful (20ml) once daily, preferably before meals.
 
Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
 
As this product contains no alcohol or preservatives, once opened the bottle should be returned to the refrigerator after use and used within 4 weeks.

Magnesium (from magnesium gluconate and citrate) 250mg
 
Herbal Decoction equiv. to:
Camomile flower 50mg
Fennel seed 50mg
Bitter orange peel 50mg
Carrot 50mg
Spinach 40mg
