It uses purified deep sea Fish Oil to provide a concentrated source of EPA and DHA fatty acids equivalent to 2000mg fish oil in a small, easy swallow capsule. Omega 3 confers a range of health benefits, and for general well-being a single daily capsule may be sufficient.

Heart, circulation & brain health: 3 capsules per day.

Joint health: up to 5 capsules per day.

To support a healthy heart & circulation and normal brain function up to 3 capsules per day are recommended. To maintain joint comfort and mobility up to 5 capsules per day may be required depending on the individual.
