Solgar Ultimate Bone Support is an advanced, proprietary formulation providing a comprehensive blend of nutrients which support and promote bone health. The components include the important D3 and K2 Vitamin forms along with a host of chelated mineral forms. Together, these ingredients work to promote proper bone mineralization.
 
Bones require more than just calcium. This specially formulated nutrient complex contains all the vital minerals and vitamins necessary for strong healthy bones including calcium, magnesium, boron, zinc, and vitamins D and K.
 
The combined effect of these nutrients ensures calcium is deposited and utilised properly in bone tissue and not in soft tissues in the body.
 
When used as suggested, this formula provides 100% of the daily value for calcium. When combined with a healthy diet and physical activity, calcium may reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
 
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking any dietary supplement.

Boron (as sodium borate, citric acid) 2mg
Zinc (as bisglycinate) 5mg
Manganese (as bisglycinate) 2mg

Vitamin D (1000iu, as D3 prep) 25ug
