Vitafit Optima Woman has been developed in response to a need for a nutritional product which can relieve stress, increase energy, provide all of the nutrients required each day, and is specifically formulated for women. Optima Woman is all of this and more.

Many women have complained that the standard tablet size of other Women’s Multi products was far too large to be able to take comfortably. The consensus was that most women would prefer to take multiple small, easy to swallow capsules rather than 1 big tablet. So that is what we have done, Optima Woman comes in easy to take capsules instead of one hard to take tablet.

Optima Woman contains all of the B group Vitamins, plus herbs such as St John’s Wort, all of which are indicated in reducing the effects of stress on the body.

Optima Woman contains a number of ingredients which can lead to increases in energy and mental function, including Gingko and Ginseng.

Optima Woman also contains a number of minerals which are considered particularly essential for womens health. These minerals include magnesium, calcium, selenium, and iron.

Finally, Vitafit Optima Woman also contains all of the vitamins that are required every day for complete nutrition, such as the vitamins A, C, and E. Vitamin D has also been included to help with bone formation, as vitamin D is essential for the deposition of calcium on bone. Optima Woman further contains the minerals boron and silica as both of these minerals are essential for the correct formation of bone, and can increase calcium’s ability to strengthen bone.
