Weleda New Mum Body Care Essentials Set contains Stretch Mark Massage Oil 100ml and Nipple Care Cream 36ml.

A mum needs to trust their intuition and Mother Nature and what better way to do this by using Weleda's all-natural range of Weleda Mother Care products which help to support a mum's body during pregnancy, birth and beyond. Developed in conjunction with midwives, the products are made from natural plant-based oils, as they are easily absorbed by the skin, being similar to the skin's own natural lipids.

Weleda Stretch Mark Massage Oil contains gentle almond oil and vitamin E enriched wheat germ oil, along with Biodynamic® arnica extract, which helps keep the skin, particularly in the stomach and abdomen areas, elastic and firm.

Weleda Nipple Care Cream is a lightly textured, yet rich moisturiser, designed for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. This moisturising cream helps to tone nipples in preparation for breastfeeding and provides soothing relief for tender and cracked nipples.

Directions

Stretch Mark Massage Oil: Gently massage over the abdomen and breasts, morning and evening, during and after pregnancy. Also, apply to other areas to maintain supple skin. Applying a circular massage movement will also stimulate blood circulation and encourage relaxation.

Nipple Care Cream: Pregnancy: Throughout the last 6-8 weeks of pregnancy, apply a small amount of cream to the nipple and areola twice daily, to condition the nipples and promote healthy, supple skin in preparation for breastfeeding.

Breastfeeding: After feeding, gently pat the skin dry or allow the breast to air, then apply a small amount of cream to the nipple and areola to moisturise and protect. Weleda Nipple Care Cream does not need to be removed before breastfeeding.
