Adults: 10 mls daily.
Children: 5mls daily.
When unwell: Up to 5 x daily.

Taken neat or in hot/cold water (dilute to taste up to 1:10).

Organic lemon (Citrus meyeri)
Horehound (Marrubium vulgare)
Californian poppy (Eschscholtzia californica)
Golden Bay kawakawa (Macropiper excelcum)
Otago akeake (Dodonea viscosa)

Base ingredients: 
New Zealand spring water
Natural cane sugar and citric acid
