Commercial Manager.

Are you an experienced Finance & Commercial superstar who can help us grow our impact? Do you like identifying opportunities to grow revenue and profitability and to explore new business models? Are you a senior professional who leads with purpose?
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join HealthPost, New Zealand’s leading online natural health, clean beauty, nutrition and eco living products retailer, in our Auckland offices.

Role Summary:
Reporting to the CEO in a new role, the Commercial Manager will be a critical part of the Executive team, inspiring and motivating our team by role modelling our values, challenging us to do more to live up to them, making us all make more of a difference. You’ll be strategically involved in building the performance of the business, as well as providing leadership to a team of eight delivering our corporate services (Accounting, Information Technology and Business Administration).

Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to business strategy to drive revenue growth
- Evaluate new business and revenue opportunities through financial modelling
- Prepare business cases to support investment decisions by our Board
- Proactively manage margins and profitability working closely with our Procurement Team
- Manage the financial reporting function through our Company Accountant
- Manage the Commercial Analyst to deliver actionable insight through data analysis
- Manage IT and Business Administration
- Business development, contracts & negotiations, partnership opportunities
- Drive automation via utilisation of our ERP System (NetSuite)

About you:
- A values driven leader with a genuine desire to continually improve environmental and social impact via sustainable business practices
- Breadth and depth of experience to grow our business and move with pace and confidence
- Entrepreneurial thinking to help us to evolve our business model
- Commercial acumen, analytical and critical thinking
- Experience transforming businesses through the use of technology and data
- Prior NetSuite implementation experience is desirable
- Tertiary qualified, ideally CA

Digital Marketing Specialist. 

Collingwood or Auckland, Permanent.

Are you a keen digital marketer? Are you proactive and like discovering new opportunities in the ever-changing world of digital advertising? Do you have an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail?
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join HealthPost, a recognised innovator in ecommerce, and New Zealand’s leading online natural health, clean beauty, super nutrition and eco living products retailer in our Auckland offices.

Role Summary:
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager and working closely with our ecommerce and marketing teams, you will be responsible for the execution of our digital marketing activity. Day-to-day management of our channels constantly looking to optimise performance.

Key responsibilities:

- Executing always-on and promotional activity across multiple digital channels, with a key focus on Google Ads. Along with, Bing ads, Facebook ads, push notifications, native advertising and affiliates.
- Daily monitoring of campaigns, optimising activity for performance, whilst keeping within budget and achieving set KPIs.
- Maintain product feeds to maximise product sales opportunities
- Manage affiliate program through platforms such as Commission Factory and SLICE Digital
- Work with the graphic designers on assets required for digital advertising
- Assist with campaign funnel building and landing page optimisation
- Assist with SEO tasks
- Prepare reports, data and analysis to proactively monitor and improve digital marketing performance, website user experience and identify promotional opportunities
- Support the ecommerce and marketing teams with additional tasks as required
- Keep abreast of all industry trends and continually seek new learning opportunities
- Encourage the open sharing of ideas, and promote results and data-driven culture of continual learning and innovation

About you:

- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong interest in the world of ecommerce
- Experience executing and monitoring PPC campaigns for a digital led business
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads & other channels
- Strongly analytical and technically savvy, can use data to identify opportunities and can openly share insight and ideas with management and wider teams
- Eager to learn, develop and refine your skills within digital marketing channels
- Team player with strong communication skills

Procurement Coordinator. 

Collingwood, Permanent.

We are seeking a proactive individual to join our Commercial Procurement team working in an exciting and fast paced environment for NZ’s favourite online retailer of natural health products.

You will be highly organised, have suburb Excel & administrative abilities with professional communication and relationship building skills.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage, communicate and negotiate with suppliers, continually building on relationship and supplier performance.
- Internal & external promotional and product coordination
- Forecasting, calculating offers, monitoring inventory, data entry price maintenance and workflow management.
- Purchasing analysis and reporting

Previous experience with ERP (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) or similar systems is favourable. Demonstrable previous procure to pay, purchasing, and wider commercial experience or a strong in administration and coordination background would be ideal.

Knowledge of supply chain, online retail, inventory management or the NZ natural wellness marketplace would be a bonus.

This permanent role is based in our Collingwood office.

Warehouse Assistant.  

Casual, Collingwood.

We are seeking enthusiastic, physically fit and self-motivated team players to join our busy Warehouse on the Day (6.30am – 3pm) or Evening (2.30pm – 11pm) shifts.

These are casual positions that would suit individuals who can work when required with a short amount of notice Sunday to Friday.

Previous warehousing experience would be an advantage, fitness is essential as is an understanding of and experience using computer technology.
