Healthy Rewards are one of the ways we like to give back to you - to reward your healthy habits and say thank you for choosing us.

Every time you shop with us, you’ll earn Healthy Rewards. For every NZ $1 you spend, you will earn 1 Healthy Reward point. Each point is worth NZ 5c, if you have 20 points, that’s NZ $1. You can use your Healthy Rewards just like real dollars to spend on future orders.

Each reward point is worth NZ 5c. 20 points = NZ$1.

Your Healthy Rewards will be waiting for you at checkout. Sign in and view your Healthy Rewards balance at the top of this page, or in the 'My Rewards' section of your account.

1. Use the slider bar at checkout to choose how many Healthy Rewards you'd like to use towards your order.
2. Once you click apply, your Healthy Rewards will turn into store credit and be automatically applied to your order as a payment method.
3. Your order total will update and you will see your store credit has been applied to your order.

Can I redeem some of my Healthy Rewards and save the rest for another order?

Yes, you can choose how many rewards you want to redeem using the slider bar at checkout.

Once you apply your points to your order they turn into store credit. If you leave the checkout or choose not to use your store credit, it will be there waiting for you next time you're ready to place an order.

Your Healthy Rewards are valid for 180 days. Each time you place an order or earn new rewards points, your expiry date will reset.

You can earn rewards points every time you shop, successfully refer a friend, or complete one of the 'Ways to earn' offers above.
We’ll send you an email or SMS reminder before your points are due to expire.

More healthy habits earn you bigger rewards. As you move up the reward tiers, you’ll earn more benefits and rewards - from vouchers to giveaways, and more.

By creating an account you become a Self-care Starter, there are four tiers to work your way through, each earning you more rewards.

Your tier is calculated off your spend over the last year:
Self-care Starter – you’ve spent less than NZ $200 in the last 365 days.
Goodness Go-getter – you’ve spent between NZ $200 - $499.99 in the last 365 days.
Natural Nourisher – you’ve spent between NZ $500 - $999.99 in the last 365 days.
Healthy Hero - VIP – you’ve spent NZ $1,000 or more in the last 365 days.

Your total spend does not include any rewards, promotions or eGift card redemptions.

Which reward tier am I in?

Login and check this page to view your tier status. Your progress bar will show your current tier and let you know how close you are to reaching the next one (and unlocking new rewards). You can also check your tier in the 'My Rewards' section of your account.

Part of our previous rewards programme? To make sure you’re rewarded with any new offers and benefits from the get-go we’ve calculated your tier based on your spend at HealthPost over the last year.

How do I know if I have reached a new reward tier?

When you move up a tier you will be rewarded with a voucher code to use towards your next order. The higher your new tier, the bigger your rewards will be.

Reached a new tier? You can find your voucher code by clicking on the Rewards History button at the top of this page. Subscribed to our emails? We will also send you an email to let you know when you’ve moved up a tier.

Will my reward tier expire and can I move down a tier?

Once you’ve unlocked a reward tier, you will remain in this tier for one year. After then, your tier will be recalculated based off your spend in the last 365 days.

Make sure you keep shopping and earning rewards to maintain your tier.

You can continue moving up tiers at any time. Keep checking your progress bar so you know how close you are to reaching the next tier.

You can refer your friends and family with 10% off their first order. When they make their first purchase using your unique referral link, you'll earn 100 points, equivalent to $5 NZD in Healthy Rewards.

2. Find the ‘Refer a friend’ section above these FAQs with your unique referral link.
3. Share your unique link with friends, family and your community. You'll be rewarded for each and every successful referral. You can only earn rewards for referring people who have not shopped at HealthPost previously.
4. Once your referral is successful we will add 100 points to your HealthPost account, that's NZ$5 in Healthy Rewards.
5. We will email you to let you know you've been rewarded for your successful referral.
