Absolute Essential Organic Bergamot Oil provides the uplifting citrus aroma of bergamot has cleansing and restorative properties that can be used to support balance and natural composure.

It has antiseptic and healing properties that support its use for general body maintenance and skin care and repair. Offering tonic effect on a range of body functions, it also promotes emotional wellbeing and has specific use on the digestive process to encourage a sense of satiation against smoking or over-eating.

Blends well with: Sandalwood, Petitgrain, and Lemon.

  • Avoid the eyes, flush with water.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Composure & Calm: Add 3-5 drops of Bergamot to your diffuser to infuse your surroundings with a relaxing, restorative scent.

Deodorant: Create a lively and healthy citrus deodorant by adding 15 drops of Bergamot and 10 drops of Lemon to 25ml of Jojoba oil or 50gm of Aloe Vera gel. Apply under the arms after a shower. Repeat as required.

Smoking: If you are trying to give up smoking, surround yourself with the fragrance of Bergamot. Add 3-5 drops to your diffuser, bath, body lotion, or use as a deodorant as described above.

Slimming Down: Bergamot has traditionally been used to support healthy digestion and to help counter cravings. Add 3-5 drops to your diffuser, or a few drops to your bath and body lotion.
