Kiwiherb Valerian Sleep Support offers high potency support for sleep. Valerian is a gentle calming and relaxant herb, which has been used for centuries to support restful sleep and ease nervous tension. 

It can be taken during the day to calm tension or irritability, or used before bed to support a restful night’s sleep.

  • Avoid use with other sedative medication (eg benzodiazepines, tricyclic antidepressants, opioid analgesics) unless under the guidance of a medical herbalist or doctor.

  • People on prescribed medicines check with your doctor first. May potentiate the effect of hypnotic medicines. Care with driving and operating machinery.

Adults: 3-5ml

For insomnia: 5-10ml in the evening

Children 6-12 years: 1.5-2.5ml  

Take up to three times daily. Dilute in 30ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Follow with a glass of water if required.

Shake well before use. 

Each 1ml contains extracts equivalent to:

Valerian (organic) 500mg/ml
