Fresh Ginger is traditionally used to help remove mucous and nasal congestion, to ease coughs, induce sweating and relieve headaches.

Zinc provides nutritional support for a healthy immune system and helps with the relief of cold and flu symptoms.

Recommended Adult Dosage:

2 tablets daily.

Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or one hour after meals.

Zingiber offinale (fresh) 1.5g
Zinc amino acid chelate 30mg
