Nature's Sunshine Flash Ease is a herbal formula designed to help with the symptoms of menopause. This formula provides standardised, time release benefits of Black Cohosh and Dong Quai, formulated according to respected German clinical studies.

Black Cohosh possesses phytoestrogens and helps balance female hormones which may ease common menopausal symptoms.

Dong Quai is believed to be effective for relieving hot flashes due to a combination of its estrogenic activity and ability to dilate blood vessels.

Adult Women: Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet at bedtime
