Organic Product (Non-Certified)

A product that is made with organic ingredients but has not undergone the rigorous certification process. There are multiple reasons for this – it might be that the farm is transitioning to organic, which can take years, or simply that they do not wish to pay for the certification, as the price can be a barrier for some farmers. Non-certified organic means that the product contains only ingredients that have been grown organically, but there aren’t any standards able to be verified.
