Solgar L-Glutamine 500mg - L-Glutamine is a major fuel source for intestinal, immune, and brain cells. It also comprises nearly 60% of the body's total amino acid muscle pool. L-Glutamine regulates nitrogen transport to and from muscle tissue, thereby promoting amino acid balance. This formulation provides Free Form L-Glutamine to promote optimal absorption and assimilation.

Glutamine is an important amino acid for athletes to support immune function, muscle recovery and healing. It is also used to nourish cells in the digestive tract and support gut immunity and healing.

As a food supplement for adults: 1 vegetable capsule daily, with juice or water in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
