Solgar Magnesium Citrate is a well absorbed high potency form of Magnesium vital for energy production, muscle relaxation, stress and nervous system support and cardiovascular health.

Sports people and anyone experiencing physical or emotional tension may be in need of extra Magnesium.

Magnesium helps to regulate calcium transport and absorption. By stimulating the secretion of calcitonin, it aids the influx of calcium into bone and promotes optimal bone mineralization. Along with ATP, magnesium supports cellular energy production. It also promotes nerve and muscle function. This formulation provides 100% magnesium citrate, a highly absorbable form of this important mineral.
