アロマ製油の中で最もよく使われる万能オイル。心地良いフローラルな香りが、気持ちを落ち着かせてくれます。

使用方法

気分の高まり、緊張、不眠症、頭痛の緩和に

マッサージ：キャリアーオイル10mlに5滴混ぜ、こめかみ、額、首の後ろ、肩や全身をマッサージ。
アロマポットやディフューザー：1回に5滴程ご使用下さい。
アロマバス：5滴程湯船に垂らして下さい。

肌荒れや湿疹の緩和：キャリアーオイル10mlに5滴混ぜて、患部に塗布します。

蚊や蜂等の虫刺され：炎症を起こしている箇所に、精油を直接塗布出来ます。綿棒使用が便利。

使用上の注意

妊娠初期のご使用は避けて下さい。必ず容器に記載されている内容をお読み下さい。肌が弱い方は、事前にパッチテストされるよう、おすすめします。不快な症状が現れる場合は使用を中止し、専門家にご相談下さい。

Bath: To support restful sleep & improve sleep quality, add 5 drops (1/4 ml) to bathwater.
Massage (Adults Only): To support a calm & peaceful mind, dilute 5 drops (1/4 ml) to 10 ml carrier oil. Apply to temples, forehead, back of neck, shoulders or full body and gently massage.
Vaporisation: To create a calm & soothing environment, dilute 5 drops (1/4 ml) to 10 ml in water and disperse using an oil burner or diffuser.
Bites: Traditionally used to relieve skin itching & redness of tick, wasp and insect bites. Rub a few drops of oil onto affected area.
