Vita-Fit LiquiMulti is a liquid multivitamin and mineral supplement with amino acids and herbs which provides many of the essential nutrients we require each day.

LiquiMulti may help to maintain health and to protect the body from potential free radical damage. It is very important that an adequate intake of all nutrients is maintained throughout life in order to maintain optimum body function. The body cannot produce a vast majority of the nutrients it requires so they must be consumed in the diet.

The pace, pressure and stress of modern lifestyles are constantly increasing. Finding enough time to relax, exercise, prepare, cook and eat healthy nutritious meals is a common problem. Fast foods, takeaways and other convenience foods do not always provide us with an adequate and balanced intake of nutrients. In addition, excessive processing, preserving, certain food preparation and cooking techniques deplete some vitamins and minerals in the foods that we eat everyday.

Unfortunately, a poor diet or poor nutritional intake leads to poor health. In turn this can affect energy levels - both mentally and physically - which can be reflected in work output, exercise and even social relationships. These problems may be assisted by taking a multivitamin supplement to ensure those nutrients that may be missing in the diet are still taken into the body.

Important nutrients in Liquimulti include the B-complex vitamins, Pro-Vitamin A and Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Copper, and some amino acids. These nutrients are essential for the proper growth and functioning of the body.

Vitamin C, zinc and selenium act as antioxidants in the body. Antioxidants neutralise potentially harmful substances found in the body, called free radicals, which are very unstable molecules that are capable of changing the function of cells.

Liquimulti also contains a number of herbs that are potentially beneficial to our health. For example, red clover and burdock act as “blood purifiers”; hops and white horehound help to promote healthy digestion; thyme, euphorbia and grindelia contain nutrients that may be beneficial for cough and bronchitis.
