Vita-Fit Multi Amino Acids contain essential and non-essential amino acids important for growth, repair, metabolism and energy production. They may be useful for to help fatigue and mental clarity.
 
Humans are unable to synthesise all the amino acids that are necessary for building protein, such as muscle in the body.
 
The liver is capable of converting certain amino acids into others in a process called transanimation.  This conversion is restricted to certain amino acids meaning that there are several amino acids the body cannot make for itself.  These are known as essential amino acids and they must be obtained from the diet.  They are - isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and valine.  Histidine is essential for growth.
 
Times of rapid growth, stress or illness may reduce the ability of the body to convert one amino acid into another.
 
Multi Amino Acids is a product containing all essential amino acids which the body cannot manufacture and others important to metabolism and to provide the body when it isn't able to convert one amino acid to another or when digestion of protein is a problem. 
 
Taking Multi Amino Acids is especially important where poor nutrition and junk food diet have been indulged in creating amino acid deficiencies or imbalances.
 
 
  • Phenylketonurics are warned that this product contains phenylalanine. 
 Adults take 1-3 capsules daily, 20 minutes before food, or as professionally prescribed.
