使用方法

（通常の歯みがき）濡れた歯ブラシに適量をつけ、まんべんなくしっかりと磨いて下さい。

（歯ぐきにトラブルがある場合）柔らかい歯ブラシ、または指にジェルを適量つけ、やさしく歯ぐき～歯をマッサージして下さい。マッサージ後は　Weleda　マウスウォッシュの使用をおすすめします。
