Arnica 6x Spray
Adults and Children: In acute cases take 2 sprays every 15 minutes. After 6 doses take every hour. Reduce the number of doses, as relief is obtained, to 3 times daily at least 15 minutes before meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Arnica 6x Liquid
In acute cases, children under 7 years take 5 drops, children 7 to 14 years take10 drops or adults take 15 drops every 15 minutes. After 6 doses take every hour. Reduce the number of doses, as relief is obtained, to 3 times daily at least 15 minutes before meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
