Callan’s journey with natural health started back in 2014, when her son was diagnosed with autism and ADHD. Immersing herself in what could help him ignited a passion for naturopathy, and she went on to pursue a degree in 2018.
She believes that natural methods of stress management and meeting nutritional requirements can make a dramatic change to how you feel and are able to enjoy life. Knowing that everyone is individual, it brings her a lot of happiness to help connect others with what makes them feel good.
- Examine how you’re doing with the basics – sleep, nutrition, exercise, sunlight, time in nature. What small, consistent changes can you make that would move you towards feeling better?
- Practice non-judgmental self-inquiry and find practices that support emotional release (e.g., yoga or making art)
- Accept yourself, love yourself. There’s nobody else like you. And don’t be scared to ask for help – you are worth helping.
