Super Antioxidant Smoothie

Ingredients
- 450 ml filtered water
- 2 medium beetroots
- 1 large apple
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 TB soaked flaxseeds
- 1 TB fresh ginger root
- 1 TB fresh turmeric root
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in high-speed blender until smooth.
