Nature's Sunshine Bowel Build is a key product containing nutrients that must be present for proper digestive and intestinal function.
The colon, like the teeth, is affected by the types of foods we eat. People with diets high in refined foods (like sugar and white flour) and low fibre foods (like meat, eggs and dairy products) and low in high fibre foods (like fresh fruit, vegetables and whole grains) are especially susceptible to intestinal problems. Colonic and rectal disorders are much more common in the Western world than in Africa or Asia, due to the difference in diets.

The colon works best when moderately full, and dietary fibre fills this need. Fibre provides no nutrients to the body but it does help promote good health because it is very absorbent. Fibre can absorb many times its weight in water. This aids in maintaining proper bowel elimination (often referred to as regularity).

Insufficient roughage leads to constipation or diarrhoea. These conditions can also be caused by nervous stress. Intestinal problems common to the Western culture may be helped by the addition of fibre to the diet. High-fibre foods which can be used to add additional fibre to the diet when necessary include bran, prunes, psyllium seed or hulls and other mucilaginous herbs.
 
This formula consists mostly of substances that absorb various types of toxins and irritants. Psyllium is a bulk laxative. Algin absorbs heavy metals. Bentonite clay pulls irritants from bowel pockets and astringes the bowel. Apple pectin lowers cholesterol. Charcoal absorbs most poisons and gas from the bowel. Chlorophyll is deodorising.

Bowel Build provides betaine HCI, pepsin, pancreatin and bile salts for the upper gastrointestinal tract.
 
 
If you do not drink enough water with this formula it may cause constipation.
 
Take 1 capsule with a meal three times daily.
