Nature's Way aged Cascara Sagrada bark is an effective herbal supplement for the occasional support of healthy bowel clearance.


Usage: For relief of constipation.
 
 
Recommended dosage should not be exceeded. Do not take for more than 1 week as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence.
Not recommended in pregnancy.
Laxatives should not be used when abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea or loose stools are present or for more than 1 week unless directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. If a sudden change in bowel habits has been noticed that persist over 2 weeks, a qualified healthcare professional should be consulted before using laxatives.
Rectal bleeding or failure to move bowels after laxative use may indicate a serious condition, discontinue use and consult a qualified healthcare practitioner.
Keep this product out of the reach of children; seek advice from a qualified healthcare practitioner in case of accidental overdose.
 
 
Adults take 1-2 capsules at bedtime with a full glass of water.
