Chaste tree has been traditionally used for the temporary relief of premenstrual tension and associated conditions such as fluid retention, headaches, menstrual cramping and tender breasts. Chaste tree is a shrub native to the Mediterranean region and the part used medicinally is the fruit, which are the ripe dark berries.

Chaste Tree is most effective taken in the second half of the menstrual cycle when low progesterone levels can cause PMT symptoms and contribute to the difficulties with conception. Chaste Tree may also be beneficial in assisting female hormonal acne.

  •  Aids or assists in the treatment of fluid retention.
  • Useful for the temporary relief of menstrual headaches.
  • May be of assistance in the relief of pre-menstrual and menstrual symptoms such as fluid retention, cramps and breast tenderness

Because Chaste Tree can lower prolactin levels, it is not an appropriate supplement for pregnant or nursing women

Take one tablet with a meal twice daily.

Each Tablet Contains:

Chaste Tree (Vitex agnus-castus) 500mg

Also contains: Di-calcium phosphate, magnesium silicate, cellulose (plant fibre), magnesium stearate (vegetable), , silicon dioxide (powdered silica.
