Lifestream Bowel Biotics Fibre - Contains Psyllium fibre to soften firm stools and “sweep” the bowels. It contains prebiotics and probiotics to promote good bacteria in the digestive tract. Contains Inulin which is a fibre that can support reducing fatty deposits around internal organs. 

Lifestream Body Cleansing Chlorella - Chlorella helps to eliminate toxins and heavy metals from the body while leaving our essential minerals for the body to use. It is a liver tonic and a blood cleanser.

Adults: Take 3 capsules daily. Best taken half hour before or after food. We recommend starting with a low dose and building up gradually. Increased doses of up to 8 capsules twice daily can be taken to suit individual requirements. 

Aloe Vera Capsules
Adult: Take 1-2 capsules daily. Best taken on an empty stomach.

Chlorella Tablets
Adult: Take 10 tablets (2g) daily. First-time users start with 2 tablets and slowly build up the dose over a week.
