Taken when required Nutra-Life Cleanse helps:

• Drink plenty of water.
• If diarrhoea persists for more than 48 hours in adults, seek medical advice.
• Contains sugars.

Adults: Take 3 serves daily (1 serve after breakfast, 1 serve after lunch and 1 serve after dinner), or as directed by your healthcare professional.
To make 1 serve, mix 1 level scoop (5g) with 150mL of water, stir immediately and consume. Drink plenty of water.

Psyllium husk powder 1g
Magnesium (as gluconate) 108mg
Magnesium (as citrate) 12mg
Inulin 500mg
