Solgar Cold Pressed Flaxseed Oil provides 1250mg of Flaxseed oil per capsule.  Flaxseed (linseed) oil is a good source of alpha linolenic acid, an essential omega-3 polyunsaturate; and linoleic acid, an essential omega-6 polyunsaturate.

Solgar's flaxseed oil is produced from flaxseeds that are grown without the use of artificial pesticides and fertilisers and are certified by Quality Assurance International to be in accordance with their standards.

As a food supplement for adults, take two (2) softgel capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

To miantain optimum freshness and potency refrigerate after opening.

Flaxseed Oil (Linseed Oil) 2500mg
