TJ Clark's Complete-B Liquid Formula provides a bio-available B complex supplement that is a great way to bolster your dietary intake of all the B vitamins necessary for complete and vibrant health.

The B vitamins play a number of critical nutritional roles in health, from digestion and metabolism, to immune and reproductive function, and mood.

B vitamins are water soluble nutrients that need to be a part of your daily diet for the maintenance of optimal health.

  • Not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
  • Always read the label. 
  • Use only as directed.
  • Nutritional supplements may only be of assistance if the dietary intake is inadequate.
  • Supplements should not be used to replace a healthy balanced diet and adequate physical exercise. 
  • Keep all medications and supplements out of reach of children.
  • If symptoms persist see your health professional.
  • Do not use if cap and/or bottle seals are missing or broken. 

Adults: Take 8ml once daily with food.

Children 2-4 years:  Take one half the recommended dosage.
