Nature's Own Complete Sleep Advanced contains three powerful ingredients. More advanced than Nature's Own Complete Sleep with the addition of Hops and 50% more Lactium for peak times of sleeplessness, stress and insomnia.

Lactium is a bioactive peptide to help alleviate stress, one of the most common causes of sleeping difficulty. Zizyphus is a herb that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for its mild sedative action to help calm the nerves and mind, relieve irritability and help you fall asleep and stay asleep. So you may obtain a quality night’s sleep and wake up refreshed.

Hops has been included for its sleep promoting action for relief of sleeplessness and insomnia. It has also been used in traditional Western herbal medicine to aid digestion after a main meal.
