Suggested use:

Begin regime by taking 1/4 teaspoon (20 drops) for 3 consecutive days.

Each day thereafter increase dosage by 5 drops up to 1/2 teaspoon (40 drops) once or twice daily.

Moderately increased dosages are safe if needed or desired, but larger amounts may cause a laxative effect.

For rapid absorption place under tongue and hold in mouth for 30 seconds or to mask the concentrated mineral flavour mix with any beverage or food at mealtime followed by a glass of juice or water.

To improve the flavour of distilled, reverse osmosis or purified water add 5-10 drops per litre or to taste (2-4 drops per glass). An excellent way to increase essential electrolyte intake.

Precautions

Moderately increased dosages are safe if needed or desired, but larger amounts may cause a laxative effect.
This product contains Chromium. People with diagnosed diabetes should check with their doctor as blood sugar levels could be altered when using this product.

アメリカ　ユタ州のグレイトソルトレイクの塩水湖水（海水の10倍の濃度）を約１年間天日濃縮（海水の50倍）した”イオン化ミネラル濃縮液”。濃縮している間に、塩化ナトリウム（塩）の99％は結晶化し除去されるため、ミネラル成分だけが自然のまま飽和状態まで濃縮されています。

生命維持に欠かせない78種類のトレースミネラル含有。免疫力やエネルギーを高め、疲労を改善します。水やジュースに混ぜてお召し上がり下さい。

使用方法

大人：
1日分　小さじ1/2杯（40滴）が一般的な目安量。1～数回に分けて、水やジュースと一緒にお召し上がり下さい。お子様やペットは、体重や体格に応じて量を調整して下さい。（直接服用も可能です。下記参照）

初めての方（大人）：
小さじ1/4杯（20滴）を3日続けて摂取して下さい。その後、量を少しずつ増やして1日1～2回、1回につき5滴～最大40滴まで摂取することが可能です。
慣れたら上記摂取量を参考にして下さい。お子様やペットの場合は上記同様、量を調節して下さい。

こんな使い方が出来ます：
・ミネラルウォーターを作る　
　水道水・蒸留水・逆浸透水・純水　1リットルに5～10滴（またはコップ1杯の水に2～4滴）混ぜ
　ると、「ミネラルウォーター」になります。（ペットの飲料水としても最適です）

・スポーツドリンクを作る
　上記ミネラルウォーターに天然塩を少し加えてください。スタミナをアップさせ、疲労を軽減して
　くれます。

・お好きなドリンクに混ぜる
　ジュース・コーヒー・ミルク等、あらゆる飲料水（または食品）に混ぜて頂けます。

・ご飯を炊く時に混ぜる
　1合に2～3滴入れて炊くと、お米が驚くほど美味しくなります。しかも栄養ばつぐん！

・お酒の前後に
　二日酔いや悪酔いを予防します。

・化粧水を作る
　50mlの水に5～10滴混ぜると、美肌ミネラル化粧水が出来ます。頭皮＆髪にもお使い頂けます。

・ガーデニングに
