Nordic Naturals DHA will help provide essential fatty acids (EFA’s) are nutrients that are essential for optimal health. They cannot be produced by the body so must be obtained through the diet and/or supplementation. DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) are important omega-3 fatty acids. 

DHA is a fish oil with highly concentrated DHA that is perfect for children, teenagers, and people of all ages. DHA it is an essential nutrient for maintaining cellular fluidity and supports mental clarity and focus and emotional well-being. In fact, 20% of the brain is comprised of DHA. Nordic Naturals DHA provides high-intensity support for the brain and neurological function as well as eye health.
