Solgar Dry Vitamin A 5000 IU supports the health of the immune system and skin, as well as healthy eyes and vision. This formulation is offered in a convenient dry tablet form for those who have difficulty supplementing with oil-based supplements.

  • Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not exceed 300 micrograms (1000 IUs) per day.  If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.  Vitamin A can cause birth defects.

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Each Tablet Provides:

Vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate) 5000 IU
Vitamin C (as L-ascorbic acid) 10 mg

Dicalcium phosphate
Microcrystalline cellulose silica
Vegetable cellulose
Vegetable magnesium stearate

Free Of: Gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavor, sweetener, preservatives and color.
