Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, 1 hour before bedtime. If needed increase to 2 tablets daily before bedtime. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Passion Flower (fruit and flower) (Passiflora incarnata) 100mg
Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) 60mg
Hops Strobile (Humulus lupulus) 150mg Tabletting Aids
