Biohoney Forest Canopy - Rata Honey has a delicate caramel flavour with slight notes of salt.

Rata is a beautiful native tree on New Zealand. It sets the forest canopy alight with scarlet flowers every 5-7 years but most years there are not enough flowers for bees to produce dedicated rata honey.
