Gouch! contains a potent blend of antioxidants and herbs to target the following 3 key functions that support joint health:

Cherry Fruit Extract (Prunus avium) provides antioxidant support and supports normal uric acid levels.

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) supports healthy blood circulation.

Kidney Blend of Boerhavia (Boerhavia diffusa) and Couch Grass (Agropyron repens) provides kidney support and excretion of body wastes as well as healthy uric acid metabolism.

Quercetin supports the conversion of purines to uric acid therefore supporting healthy uric acid levels, (works synergistically with the Cherry Extract).

Uric acid is a by-product of the metabolism of purines, which are organic compounds found in certain foods such as meat, seafood and some vegetables. The kidneys normally remove uric acid from the body, but if your body makes too much uric acid, or doesn’t eliminate it fast enough, it can form crystals that accumulate in your joints, especially your toes; fingers or elbows and it can cause serious discomfort.
