Adults: 5-15ml

Children 6-12 years: Half the adult dose

For children under 6 years: Use Kid’s Calm

Shake well before use. Take after meals, up to three times daily.

Dilute in 30ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Follow with a glass of water if required.

Precautions

During pregnancy or those with high blood pressure or fluid retention, do not use for longer than 8 weeks due to Liquorice content.
