Adults: 5-10ml

Children 6-12 Years: Take half the adults dose  

Take up to four times daily. Dilute in 30ml of water or juice and gargle for 30 seconds before swallowing. Follow with a glass of water if required. 
Shake well before use. 

Each 1ml Contains Extracts Equivalent to:

Echinacea purpurea root (organic) 250mg
Liquorice (organic) 200mg
Thyme (organic) 150mg 

Contains no: Artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives.
