Biohoney's Manuka Honey MG100+ a much sought after honey for its unique properties and used traditionally for more than just food.
Manuka honey contains methylglyoxal (MG). Found in most honeys in only very small quantities but in Manuka Honey the level of MG can be up to 100x higher. Biohoney Manuka is tested for its methyglyoxal content at an independent laboratory.
Each batch is expertly selected from the South Island of New Zealand and packed just as it is collected from the hive without any blending.
Manuka honey has a deep, aromatic flavour with notes of damp earth and heather.
