Keep dry and tightly sealed.

Facial mask, poultice, compress: Add 1 part powder (Face and cleavage: 1 tablespoon/12g) into 1.5 parts water and stir until a smooth paste is formed. Apply a thin layer (2-4mm) to skin and leave for 10-15 minutes or until mask is dry - while you enjoy some precious "Me-time".

For dry skin: Add ½ teaspoon almond, coconut or rosehip oil and use less water.

Wash off with warm water.

Clay treatment is nicely complemented by a gentle massage with your favourite oil or moisturiser and a spritzer of witch hazel.

Tips:

• Use lukewarm water or cooled off calendula tea for additional healing and anti-inflammatory qualities.
• For a liver compress use warm yarrow tea instead of water.
• Paste can be used as soap, leave on underarms for a few minutes
• Makes a cleansing shaving paste.
• Add ½ part coarse sea salt to create a nourishing body scrub.
