Vita-Fit Optima Man is a comprehensive, high strength formula containing key vitamins, minerals and herbs that provide nutrients essential for the male system.  These ingredients help support optimal health and well-being for busy and active lifestyles.

Being so comprehensive, one or two tablets would be on the large side, so Optima Man comes in 3 capsules which make them easier to swallow.
  • Ginkgo biloba may affect the way prescription medicines work. Consult your healthcare professional. 
  • May increase blood pressure. Care required for people on blood pressure medication.
  • People with diagnosed diabetes should check with their doctor as blood sugar levels could be altered when using this product.
  • This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses.  A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. 

Adults: Take 1-3 capsules daily with food, or as professionally recommended. 

Take with Multi Digestive enzymes if there is poor digestive absorption.
