Absolute Essential Organic Eucalyptus Blue Gum Oil has been used for centuries in the support of natural respiration and clearing congestion. The Blue Gum species is particularly gentle which makes it suitable for babies, children and the elderly when used in half doses.  

Blends well with: Lavender Spike, Myrrh, and Fir Balsam.

  • May be irritating to sensitive skin.
  • Not for internal use.
  • Avoid the eyes, flush with water.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Muscle Tone: Acts to help release tight and tense muscle groups. Mix 5 drops with massage cream or Olive oil and rub vigorously onto the area concerned. Use as required.

Sinuses: To support a healthy upper respiratory system and help clear congestion, add 5 drops to a steam inhalation and breathe deeply for 10 minutes.

Chest & Respiration: To support a healthy respiratory system free from congestion of the throat and chest, add 10 drops to 1/4 teaspoon of massage cream or carrier oil and apply three times a day around the throat and onto the chest and back. Especially beneficial at night time.

Breathing Easy: To support a healthy respiratory system in response to irritation in the throat and lungs add 10 drops to 1/4 teaspoon of massage cream or carrier oil and apply three times a day around the throat and onto the chest and back or add 10 drops to steam inhalation or a diffuser. Use as required.
