Directions
To make your delicious brew, pour one cup of freshly boiled water over a tea bag and let it infuse for 2-3 minutes before removing the bag. Adjust the flavour and intensity by how long you allow the teabag to infuse.
If you require sweetening, add a small amount of honey.
A slice of lemon or orange peel, cinnamon or liquorice stick may be added to the tea while it steeps if you desire.
To maximise the antioxidant boosting effect of green tea, we recommend 1-2 cups daily.

- During pregnancy or breastfeeding we recommend you limit your intake to one cup per day
- Contains caffeine. Caution for children and people who are sensitive to caffeine.
