Tonic drink: Take 2 teaspoons in a glass of warm water daily
Can be used in your cooking - especially in pavlova, drizzle over veggies and really delicious as a vinaigrette salad dressing.
Salad dressing:
In a bowl or jar add:1/2 cup olive or grape seed oil
1/3 cup of Goulter's Kiwi Fruit Vinegar
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons finely chopped basil or coriander
Cracked pepper to taste
Whisk or shake to blend and enjoy
